De les poques places antigues que té Sarrià, en destaca la de Sant Vicenç, un dels racons més tranquils del districte. És una plaça de petites dimensions, ben traçada, voltada d'arbres i presidida per una font coronada amb la figura de pedra del sant patró, col·locada aquí en desaparèixer l'antiga font de la plaça Major, sobre la qual hi havia aquesta imatge.
